The final scene of "The Blacklist," Red and Paula Red and Paula

Due to Middleton's passing from both Twin Peaks and The Blacklist in 2020,

the tender relationship between Red and Paula is especially heartwarming. 

Glen, played by Middleton, supported Red as a tracker,

while also working as a DMV employee during the course of the show.

The popular NBC series' first season introduced viewers to Raymond "Red" Reddington,

a wanted criminal who eluded the FBI for years.

Red has been chased by Blacklisters seeking retribution throughout,

 the last season from his home base of New York City to Spain.
