has officially announced that he will not be doing so. 

Daniel Craig plays the eponymous spy in both Skyfall (2012) and Skyfall (2015),

both of which were directed by the British filmmaker ,

Road To Perdition, Revolutionary Road, and 1917.

Mendes claimed in an interview that Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli,
