Utah man Craig Robertson suspected of threat to kill Biden shot dead in FBI raid.

The shooting comes amid increased fears of political violence in the US.

Robertson reportedly took to Facebook to say he had learned of Biden’s visit to Utah.

"I'm just dusting off my M24 sniper rifle. Welcome Big Dumb President," the Utah man posted on Facebook.

Biden visited Salt Lake City to highlight the one-year anniversary of the PACT Act.
