Hollywood's Tom Holland departure? He's "scared" by the industry. 

Tom Holland has been acting since he was nine years old, but his 2016 portrayal ,

of Spider-Man—in which he made his Marvel superhero debut ,

in Captain America: Civil War—launched him to stardom—was the role that really made him famous. 

The actor has since acted in a number of Spider-Man movies. Holland, however, stated in his most recent interview ,

that he prefers to avoid Hollywood as much as possible and despises its commercial aspect. 

This comes after he hinted that he would cease portraying Spider-Man on the big screen back in June.
